My Journey with SpiceJet: A Story of Passion, Dedication, and Growth

Hello everyone,

I am Ms. Aashna Anand, currently serving as the Station Manager at Port Blair. My journey in customer service began long before I stepped into the aviation industry, it was rooted in my childhood. From a very young age, I always felt a deep desire to serve people with love and care, to be there for those in need. That determination and passion for helping others paved the way for my career in aviation.

As a bright student with dreams of flying high, I always knew that my path lay in the skies. Aviation fascinated me, not just for the glamour it often portrays, but for the opportunities it provides to connect with people, to make a difference, and to ensure seamless experiences for passengers.

Fifteen years ago, I embarked on this journey, and it has been nothing short of extraordinary. In these years, I have witnessed the highs and lows of the aviation industry, challenges that tested my resolve and triumphs that brought immense satisfaction. These experiences have shaped me into a stronger, more resilient individual, capable of handling critical situations and making informed decisions.

SpiceJet is not just a workplace for me – it is family. From my juniors to my colleagues and the management, the camaraderie, and mutual support we share is unparalleled. This culture of belonging has been a cornerstone of my growth, and I am truly grateful for it. No matter how demanding the circumstances, I have always found the collective strength of my SpiceJet family standing by my side, encouraging me to move forward.

As I reflect on my journey, I take immense pride in knowing that I have been part of an airline that continues to grow and soar to greater heights. Every milestone we achieve feels personal because it is built on the efforts and dedication of every single team member.

I feel blessed to be a part of this incredible journey, and I cherish every moment I have spent as a SpiceJetter. I thank all my team members for the constant support and encouragement that have helped me thrive in this environment.
